CLIENT CARE NEEDS

Transportation to appointments and community outings Medication prompting and reminders Assistance with tube feeds Companionship and engagement Encouragement to participate in activities and outings Watching movies and social interaction Detailed shift reporting to the next caregiver to ensure continuity of care Monitoring for safety and changes in condition We are looking for caregivers who are reliable, attentive, and committed to providing exceptional client care.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance Clean background check Dependable transportation Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable attendance Ability to provide thorough shift-to-shift reports
