Job Description

We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and energetic PRN Caregivers/Aides to join our team! In this role, you will provide quality care to clients with varying levels of independence. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help enhance the lives of those you serve, ensuring they receive respectful, personalized assistance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working in a dynamic, supportive environment. The length of your shifts you work will vary and may be in the morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and overall condition; promptly report any concerns or changes Support medication administration and help maintain accurate care plans Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal consumption Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and ensuring infection control protocols are followed Assist with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's/dementia Operate equipment like Hoyer lifts safely for resident transfers Document patient progress in shift notes and communicate effectively with team members Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive atmosphere during your shift Requirements Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to monitor vital signs accurately Certification in CPR, First Aid and HIPAA are required Experience working with individuals with physical and cognitive impairments Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and residents' families Flexibility to work shortand long shifts during various times of the day, weekends, or holidays, as needed Demonstrated understanding of healthcare regulations and commitment to providing compassionate patient care Join us in delivering exceptional care that empowers individuals to live comfortably and confidently. $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
