Responsibilities include:
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Supporting safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention Providing medication reminders Observing and reporting changes in symptoms or condition Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping Offering companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Following individualized care plans Communicating effectively with families and our office team Completing accurate care documentation Qualifications We're looking for caregivers who have: Experience caring for individuals in a home, hospital or facility setting.
