Our compassionate caregivers help seniors and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life by providing personalized, non-medical care in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking dependable, caring, and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our growing team. As a Home Health Aide, you will: Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support. Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes. Assist with medication reminders. Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed. Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Monitor and report changes in the client's condition. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Follow individualized care plans while treating each client with dignity and respect.
