We are looking for dependable and compassionate State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team and support clients in their homes. Your Role Our caregivers help clients maintain comfort, safety, and independence by providing support with: Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Walking, mobility, and other daily activities Meal preparation and feeding assistance Companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping related to the client's care Following the client's individualized care plan Reporting changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse Maintaining client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality

STNAs:

Taking and documenting vital signs when permitted by the care plan Who Can Apply? STNAs Must have completed an ODH-approved NATCEP program Minimum 75 hours of required training HHAs Must have completed a state- or federally compliant HHA training program Minimum 75 hours of training At least 16 hours of supervised clinical training Requirements All applicants must: Be 18 years or older Have a high school diploma or GED Be able to pass an Ohio BCI background check Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical caregiving duties Have reliable transportation and valid identification Communicate effectively in English Follow HIPAA, infection control, and workplace safety guidelines Have current CPR and First Aid certification Experience Is a Plus — But Not Required Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred, but we welcome qualified individuals who are ready to build their caregiving career.
