Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role is vital in assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health care and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve. Duties Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. Assist clients with mobility, including lifting and transferring as needed. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of care provided. Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in home health care or related fields is preferred. Ability to cook healthy meals tailored to client needs. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Physical capability to lift clients safely and assist with mobility issues.
