Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and dignity. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration. Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance overall well-being. Monitor clients' health status, observe changes, and communicate updates to family members or healthcare professionals as needed. Assist with light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Support medication management by reminding clients of medication schedules or assisting with proper administration under supervision. Follow care plans meticulously, adhering to safety protocols and documentation requirements to ensure quality care delivery. Qualifications Family-Owned Company Prior experience in home health care or personal caregiving is desirable; but we will train the right individuals Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with families and healthcare teams. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. We will assist with gettign your certificate Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting or assisting clients with mobility safely and confidently.
