Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care and assistance to clients, following their individual care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Escort clients to appointments and outings, as needed
• Document and report any changes in clients' condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor

Skills:

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards elderly or disabled individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations calmly
• Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and infection control practices
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
