Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a Residential Specialist to join our Behavioral Health team located in The Plains, OH . •We are currently seeking a part-time (0-19 hours per week) required to work evenings, overnights and weekends with holidays and fill in shifts as needed. All are awake positions . As a Residential Specialist , you will be responsible for monitoring resident's ability to self-medicate and assists clients in learning their medication regime; Assists residents in increasing social support networks both within and outside of the facility. Actively involves residents in treatment planning in cooperation with pre-screener, CIT staff and other Hopewell Health Center staff. What do we look for in our Residential Specialists?? HS Diploma or Equivalent Must be mature and function independently Ability to work with emotionally disabled persons in a crisis state Good verbal and written communication skills A valid driver's license, good driving record, and vehicle suitable for transportation. (Must have a minimum of 3 years driving experience and be at least 21 years of age) Must be personable, reliable, and organized. In person certification in basic CPR and First Aid Willingness to work any shift- nights, weekends and/or holidays as needed. What are some of the benefits of working for Hopewell Health Centers?
