Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our day shift team in our assisted living community. Caregivers play a vital role in supporting residents with daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide support with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary team members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous caregiving experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care preferred CNA certification (if required by state) or willingness to obtain Knowledge of basic caregiving and safety practices Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Skills & Attributes Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach Dependable and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality care What We Offer Competitive pay Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Meaningful, rewarding work with seniors
