What You'll Do:

Inspire and Motivate:

Use your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to develop innovative strategies that encourage children to achieve their goals.

Personalized Support:

Work closely with children to understand their unique needs and aspirations, providing tailored support in areas such as daily living skills, personal development, and community involvement.

Empowerment:

Foster a positive and empowering environment where children feel confident and capable of taking on new challenges.

Demonstrate Life Skills:

Lead by example and mentor children in developing essential life skills.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to create and implement individualized plans that promote independence and well-being.

Individuals available for first, second, and third shifts. Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Must be able to pass a background check. No experience required. We will provide paid training.

Competitive Pay:

Starting hourly rate of $14.00/hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.
