Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
MED AIDE
(ALL SHIFTS) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to residents across various care settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and hospice environments. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure residents receive respectful, attentive, and comprehensive support around the clock. This position offers the opportunity to work flexible shifts while making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs, including those with memory impairments such as Alzheimer's and dementia. Responsibilities Assist residents with medication administration Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and other health indicators a MAR system Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, mobility assistance, and feeding in home care or community settings Respond promptly to resident needs and communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery Requirements Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home & community care environments is highly preferred Experience caring for individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges is a plus Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially in compliance with HIPAA standards Strong caregiving skills combined with compassion and patience for elderly or disabled populations Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across shifts—day, evening, or overnight—are essential Join us in providing exceptional senior care that enriches lives every day!
