Who We Are Nova Leap Home Health is a non-medical care organization with a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals needing personal care support at their homes in Tulsa and surrounding towns. Our mission is to provide Excellent personalized care, promote independence, and enhance quality of life for clients in their homes, whether that's a personal home or in a senior community. We assist with daily activities, fostering comfort, safety, cognitive stimulation and general well-being. Who We're Looking For Experience caregivers (HHA certification preferred) who are available for one of the following schedules: (1) Weekend overnight shifts Saturday midnight to Sunday 8:00 a.m. AND Sunday midnight to Monday 8:00 a.m. (24 hours weekly, with potential to pick up extra hours prn.) Qualified candidates will be used to an overnight work schedule and understand there can be no sleeping during overnight shifts. (2) Monday & Tuesday noon

Qualified candidates will have experience with taking care of dementia clients. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transfer/mobility support Assist with Independent Living Skills (ILs) such as light housekeeping, laundry, organization, meal preparation, medication reminders, and short errands Provide social stimulation with cognitive and motor-stimulant activities Monitor and observe patients' health status, noting changes to inform office Document daily care activities accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare team/office regarding patient progress or concerns Requirements Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred HHA or LTC certification preferred Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, hospice care is advantageous Understand and follow HIPAA compliance Ability to lift objects safely and perform physical tasks involved in caregiving duties Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes in condition Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward clients of all ages and abilities Reliable personal transportation to and from scheduled work, a valid Driver's License, and active automobile insurance
