What We're Looking For - Our ideal candidate is: A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys building relationships. Highly organized with excellent follow-through. Comfortable having both positive and difficult conversations. Able to coach employees and hold others accountable professionally. Proactive and willing to address concerns rather than waiting for someone else to handle them. Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and follow-up items. Professional, dependable and able to maintain confidentiality. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with a team. Proficient with basic computer programs and comfortable learning new systems. Previous leadership, employee engagement, home care, healthcare, senior care, staffing or other service-industry experience is preferred . What Success Looks Like - The right person for this role will truly know our Care Professional team —who is thriving, who may need additional support, who deserves recognition and who may be becoming disengaged. Our goal is to create an environment where Care Professionals feel known, supported, appreciated and accountable while maintaining the high standards our clients and families expect. This is not simply an administrative position. It requires someone who takes ownership, builds relationships, communicates consistently and follows through.
