Portland looking for help with a flexible schedule up to 35 hours a week . He is warm, sweet, clingy and has a wonderful smile. He enjoys baby dolls, swimming, play with his toys and his device, taking pictures and watching tv. He is needing help with his communication skills, emotional regulation, working on his ADL/IADL's, getting out into the community, working on his safety, and working on being more social. He exhibits high-level behaviors, so the DSP must be willing to be trained on his PBSP and be OIS trained or willing to do so. There is no smoking or pets in the home.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Help plan and assist in preparing some meals, including serving, if necessary Assist with dressing, grooming Assist in daily living activities and needs Participate in life enriching activities A caregiver may assist with medication reminders Complete required shift notes and scheduling via our caregiver app Maintain client confidentiality Record and report changes in client's physical condition, behavior, or appearance

Pay:
