Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care , located in Beaverton, OR is seeking a caring and reliable Resident Care Specialist to support our residents with daily needs and provide exceptional person‑centered care within our community. Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy. Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc. Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested. Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity. Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures. Completes state required training upon hire and annually. Required Experience Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 18 years of age. Preferably experience in Senior Living, as a Caregiver and/or Med Tech. Basic computer skills. Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language. Full Time/Part Time Job Type Full Time All Shifts Available Additional $1.50/hour for weekend coverage.
