Responsibilities Assist with activities and community outings. Documentation, observing & reporting. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Support residents or clients with medication administration as prescribed, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning patient areas and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive atmosphere that respects residents' rights and promotes dignity. Document care plans, patient observations, and communication with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care during your shifts. Qualifications Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of Traumatic Brain Injuries and dementia care preferred. No experience necessary. Certification in CPR and First Aid is provided no cost to staff . Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
