Job Description
Caregiver Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of clients by delivering personalized care in a respectful and professional manner. This role requires a strong sense of empathy, patience, and attention to detail, along with the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. Duties Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members. Administer First Aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate response to emergencies. Help with medication reminders and light household tasks to maintain a safe living environment. Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols to ensure client safety at all times. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any incidents or observations. Skills Certification in First Aid and CPR is required, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively during emergencies. Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships. Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude toward individuals with diverse needs. Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing situations. Good organizational skills for managing daily tasks efficiently.
