Holly Residential Care Center is a specialized facility that serves individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries, as well as residents with significant physical and cognitive impairments. Role Overview:
As a Direct Care Staff at Holly Residential Care Center, you will be responsible for providing vital support to our residents. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary care team to implement personalized, holistic care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents. Whether you work on-site, you'll have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of our residents by delivering compassionate care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team. Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide companionship and emotional support. Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Maintain a clean and organized environment for the residents and ensure their safety and well-being.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or relevant caregiving experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to show empathy and understanding. Ability to work effectively in a team-based, interdisciplinary care environment. Understanding and commitment to delivering person-centered care to individuals with varying needs.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Full-Time, Monday through Sunday, and is on-site only.
Location:
We're looking for someone in Eugene, Oregon, as this is an in-person position.
