Seeking an experienced and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support for a 26 year old male in Fairview, up to 40 hours a week. The days and schedule are very flexible . He is looking for help with building relationships, working on life skills and getting out into the community. He is currently dealing with depression and looking for a path. He is also looking for a DSP who can be a mentor, helps motivate him, and helps him build life skills. DSP will need to be able to drive client. There is no smoking or pets in the home.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Help plan and assist in preparing some meals, including serving, if necessary Assist with dressing, grooming Assist in daily living activities and needs Participate in life enriching activities A caregiver may assist with medication reminders Complete required shift notes and scheduling via our caregiver app Maintain client confidentiality Record and report changes in client's physical condition, behavior, or appearance
