Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed. Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities. Monitor residents' comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns. Health Monitoring & Documentation Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately. Report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director. Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements. Resident Engagement & Activities Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly valued. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors. Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
