We're looking for a dependable, experienced construction worker to join our crew. This is a hands-on construction job. You will be working with our crew to build pole barns from the ground up. If you have construction experience, know how to use power tools, show up ready to work, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do You will work as part of a construction crew building pole buildings from start to finish, including: Setting posts and framing structures Installing siding and roofing Building walls and roof systems Installing doors and other building components Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials Using power tools and basic construction equipment Following plans and instructions Maintaining a clean and safe job site Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and correctly

What We're Looking For Required:

Previous construction experience Experience using power hand tools Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (to drive work vehicles) Comfortable working from ladders and on roofs Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly Reliable transportation to the shop/job site Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to follow directions and work well with a crew Strong work ethic and willingness to learn The Right Person Will...
