_ Essential Functions Communicating in English with all residents, families, and visitors. Must be self-motivated and can work independently and make decisions. Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented. Pleasant, professional, and personal manner. Duties Duties include but are not limited to: Providing Care of residents Maintaining required training Continuous quality improvement Maintaining compliance with al local, state, and federal guidelines Safety Compliance Team Effectiveness Perform other duties as assigned or needed Supervision Reports to the Health Services Director Experience Preferred…….Minimum one year's experience in a caregiving role or similar role.
