Job Description

Caregivers We are looking for team players to join our staff at a small, locally owned residential care facility in Independence, Oregon.
REQUIREMENTS
Must love working with Seniors! At least 18 years of age Must have reliable transportation to and from work Med-Tech and Caregiving experience is preferred, but will train the right person Must be able to pass a state required background check Able to work on-call at times
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Relate to clients and co-workers in a warm, caring, age-appropriate manner
  • Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Assist distributing medications on a timely manner
  • Documentation of progress for each client
  • Respond appropriately to immediate and emergent client needs
  • Monitor the activities of clients in order to assure the individuals health and safety, while maintaining their privacy and dignity
  • Light housekeeping and maintenance tasks
