Job Responsibilities:

The Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents in their Daily Living Activities including, but not limited to: grooming, personal and dental hygiene, transportation, bowel and bladder functions, etc., maintaining resident dignity and respect with superior customer service and in accordance with all policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines. Full job description will be discussed during interview process.

Qualifications:

Experience working in long term care/memory care setting Able to read and write Basic computer skills Must complete all state required training pre-employment training Must obtain a Food Handler Permit within a month of employment (Company will pay for permit) Must obtain a First Aid Card within a month of employment (Company will pay for card) Must complete training assigned by company through Oregoncarepartners.com High school diploma or equivalent Pass Pre-employment qualifications
