Summary The Springs at Anna Maria is seeking a full time NOC shift (10:15pm-6:30am) Caregiver to join our team at The Springs Living. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our residents. Your contributions will enhance the overall well-being of our community and support our mission to improve the senior living experience. Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities to ensure residents' comfort and safety. Provide compassionate care to residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments. Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans. Maintain accurate records using electronic health systems. Requirements Experience in assisted living or healthcare settings preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and vital sign assessment. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. At least 18 years old Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to pass preemployment drug and background checks.
