$18.00 - $25.44 per hour + shift differential | $1.75/hr. evening

Minimum Qualifications:

Effective verbal communication skills. Legible handwriting. Follow directions accurately and completely. Function in stressful situations. Assisted living experience, not required.

Job Duties:

Report observations/information regarding changes in residents' care/condition to the RN case manager promptly. Participate in care conferences with other staff, residents, and family members. Facilitates activities for the residents. Answers residents' call lights in a timely manner and attends to residents' needs while respecting individual preferences and avoiding condescending attitudes. Provides care in accordance with Service Plans. Precept new staff and students for training and orientation as requested. Maintains good rapport by interacting in conflict or stressful situations in a manner that facilitates constructive resolution. Completes work/charting promptly, requesting/assisting with help when necessary. Communicating effectively and positively manages conflict. Interact with family members in a supportive, professional manner. Completes Service Partner training and can administer medications per MD orders.
