Assist residents with ADL's, included bathing, personal hygiene, transferring to and from activities, meals, showers according to their service plans Maintain a predictable daily schedule to reduce confusion, anxiety, and agitation Prevent dangerous situations like wandering or elopement, and minimize fall risks within the facility or home Respond calmly to challenging behaviors using gentle redirection, de-escalation techniques, and patience Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting, transferring, and walking with residents Promptly respond to ialerts Assist with hydration, meal set up, and eating Keep rooms clean and clutter free
