Seeking an experienced and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support for a 10 year old girl in Tualatin. Approximately 20 hours a week. She is smart, kind, sweet, a good reader and gives the best hugs. She enjoys being with her family, reading and playing video games such as minecraft and pokemon. She is needing help practicing age appropriate hygiene skills in bathing and toileting, help ensuring she completes toileting hygiene (wiping, flushing, washing her hands, etc), reminders to take small bites when eating, help clipping her nails, help learning to regulate her emotions when dysregulated, practicing safety techniques in the community including street safety and stranger danger, and someone to play games with her. DSP must be LGBTQ friendly and have experience working with kids and high behaviors. There is a dog and no smoking in the home.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 2:20pm-6:30pm The days are flexible if you're unable to work all five days.
