Position Summary:

America's Home Health Services (AHHS) is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Home Health Marketer to grow our presence throughout the Central PA territory. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building connections, developing referral partnerships, and promoting high-quality home health services within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners Identify new business opportunities and expand AHHS's footprint in the Central PA market Educate potential clients and partners about AHHS services and value Track referral activity, maintain accurate records, and meet growth targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Represent AHHS at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home health, or medical sales a
