Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that all clients receive the compassion and attention they deserve. By working on-site in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, you'll have the flexibility to engage directly with those you care for, making a meaningful impact in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Support clients with mobility and transfers. Prepare meals and assist with basic nutrition needs. Engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassionate and patient nature. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to work on-site and engage with clients effectively. Experience in providing personal care preferred. Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Bonus If You:

Have prior experience in a caregiving role. Possess certifications in CPR or First Aid. Are familiar with basic household management and meal preparation.

Employment Type & Availability:

Positions are available both Full-Time and Part-Time. This position is on-site only, located in Ambler, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.
