Job Summary Passion Home Healthcare Services is seeking a Direct Care Worker with years of experience in working with adults with needs in a friendly home environment. Duties:

Personal care and hygiene Light housekeeping Meal prep Laundry and linen change Grocery shopping and running errands Medication reminders Social interaction and companionship

Skills:

Interested applicant must have effective communication skills. Being able to clearly convey information to clients, families, and care team, while actively listening to the clients' needs, fears and preferences. Exhibit the ability to remain calm and flexible when managing difficult behaviors, mood changes or changing health conditions. Personal care assistance. Helping clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
