Job Description
Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated temporary Live In Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in client's home. in Berwyn in Chester County. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience and understanding while assisting with daily activities. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of clients, and other health concerns. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming. Provide personal care and support to individuals in home health. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary needs. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Support clients with mobility challenges using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for residents. EVV patient progress and maintain accurate records of care provided. Requirements Previous least 2 years experience in caregiving or related fields such as home & community care or long-term care is preferred. Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's disease, or dementia is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Physical capability to perform lifting when assisting clients with mobility needs. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others in need of support.
