Companionship:

Engage in meaningful conversations, read, play games, and share hobbies to reduce loneliness and isolation.

Household Support:

Handle light housekeeping, such as dusting, vacuuming, washing dishes, and folding laundry.

Meal Preparation:

Plan, prep, or heat simple and balanced meals that fit dietary guidelines.
