Concordia at Cabot is seeking an experienced, patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic Infant / Toddler Caregiver to join our Child Care team. This Full-time position offers a consistent schedule, a full range of benefits, including paid time off (PTO) , health insurance , and other valuable employee benefits .

•Eligible employees who waive the health insurance benefit can earn an additional $1.50/hour.

•This is a highly rewarding opportunity for individuals who love working with children and are looking for a supportive, consistent schedule with no weekends or holidays. Key Responsibilities of an Infant /

Toddler Caregiver:

Supervise and care for infants/toddlers Assist with meals, activities, and diapering/toileting Plan and lead daily lessons and play Communicate with parents at drop-off/pick-up Keep classroom clean and follow safety guidelines Coordinate with staff and follow DPW regulations Qualifications of an Infant /

Toddler Caregiver:

Bachelor's in Early Childhood OR 2,500+ hrs child care experience Experience with infants and/or toddlers in a daycare setting Strong communication and people skills Patient, organized, and multitasking ability Friendly, reliable, and child-focused Why Join our team as an Infant / Toddler Caregiver ?
