Responsibilities Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Provide toileting and incontinence care as needed Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility Prepare meals and snacks Perform light housekeeping related to the participant's care Laundry and linen changes Provide medication reminders Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) Promote participant safety, dignity, and independence Provide companionship and emotional support Complete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and required documentation Report changes in condition, safety concerns, or incidents promptly to the agency Qualifications Experience providing personal care preferred Direct Care Worker, Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience strongly preferred Compassionate, dependable, and professional Ability to work independently while following an individualized care plan Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must meet all Pennsylvania home care employment requirements Why Join Penn Home Health Care?
