Caregiver (Several shifts available) Job Summary Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at CareBuilders at Home - Kingston PA, where we strive to deliver exceptional care to our clients while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. As a Caregiver on our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, while also growing professionally and personally. Available shifts in Dallas, Pittston and Mountain Top 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p7a. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or environment to ensure prompt intervention and support Implement care plans and modifications as directed by healthcare professionals to ensure client safety and well-being Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of your work Participate in ongoing education and training to expand your skills and knowledge in the care of older adults and individuals with disabilities Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field preferred Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field a plus Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients with minimal assistance Effective communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work varying shifts, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts What We Offer Competitive Weekly Pay!
