Job Description

Now Hiring compassionate Caregivers to provide home care to clients living in and around Chester County. Thema Caregivers make a difference by supporting older adults with activities of daily living, assisting with instrumental activities of daily living, and providing companionship.

Job Duties:

Assistance with transfers and mobility Assistance with bathing, grooming, and toileting Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry Implementing client care plans Transportation to appointments when necessary Documenting care notes Why work with Thema Home Care? Requirements:
