Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and caring Direct Care Worker Caregiver to join our team in the Drexel Hill area of Pennsylvania. In this vital role, you will support individuals with diverse needs, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your dedication will make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities by delivering attentive, respectful, and professional care. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide medication reminders and support medication administration under supervision Support clients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and preferences Engage clients in social activities and meaningful interactions to promote mental well-being Follow safe patient lifting practices and manual handling techniques to prevent injury during transfers Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes preferred Familiarity with residential or home & community care environments is a plus Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional caregiving services.
