PCA Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience working with K-12 children
Special Education Paraprofessional Responsibilities:
Execute support in servicing the Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for each of the students in your care Communicate with other staff and family members about each student's progress and struggles Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness Support the classroom teacher in the areas of behavior reinforcement and academics Create a safe, productive classroom environment
