Memory Care Caregiver

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide high‑quality, responsive care to individuals in need. This position is a 20 to 35 hrs per week (day and evening hours) over the week based on care needs. Responsibilities Provide hands‑on care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor patient condition and report changes Assist with mobility, hygiene, and personal care Support medication routines under supervision Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment Follow care plans and HIPAA guidelines Requirements Experience in home care, assisted living, or similar settings CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Experience with dementia, memory care, or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication skills and compassionate approach Ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility, as needed Schedule & Hours 1PM to 5PM Monday to Friday Join our team and make a meaningful difference every day. Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have a valid Drivers License? Would you be able to drive the customer to appointments if needed?
