Job Duties:

Medication Monitoring Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) Driving clients to appointments/ activities in an agency vehicle (Van) General property/household chores Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record) Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders. Provide trauma-informed supportive listening services to assist residents during times of crisis.

High School Diploma or equivalent Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Clearances Physically able to complete CPR/ First Aid Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
