HomeCentris Healthcare is hiring caregivers across the Harrisburg and Lancaster areas! We're looking for dependable, compassionate people who take pride in their work, whether you're an experienced caregiver or have cared for family members. We'll train you, help you develop your skills, and support you every step of the way. We pay up to $15/hr, depending on experience and location. What You'll Do Companionship & Engagement:
Foster connection through conversation, games, music, and mentally stimulating activities tailored to the individual.Daily Living Assistance:
Support clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, grooming, and feeding.Light Housekeeping & Errands:
Assist with meal prep, laundry, cleaning, and transportation as outlined in the care plan.Monitoring & Communication:
Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or cognition. Complete documentation after each shift. All of our clients have different needs and specific care plans. We will not have you care for a client that requires help beyond your comfort level and skill set.Benefits
