EOE Summary :

Join our Enhanced Personal Care Home team as a Personal Care Aide / Med Tech. Provide daily support, medication administration, and transportation for residents while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Currently looking to fill 11p-7a Tuesday-Saturday and evenings 3p-11p Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities :

• Administer medications, remain with each resident until taken, and document accurately
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Transport residents to appointments in company vehicles
• Maintain clean and safe living spaces
• Record and document all necessary care information

Requirements :

• 21 years or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in long-term care, mental health, or related field preferred
• PA Criminal History Clearance upon hire
• Valid PA driver's license with clean driving record
