Insurable, Inc. is looking for an upbeat, positive, high-energy Client Service Specialist who genuinely enjoys people. We're not looking for someone who simply answers the phone and processes paperwork. What You'll Do As a Client Service Specialist, you'll be one of the most important people in our agency. You'll help build the experience our clients have every day.

You will:

• Provide friendly, professional service to our insurance clients
• Answer calls, emails, and client questions with energy and confidence
• Help clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims, and coverage needs
• Proactively follow up instead of waiting for clients to call back
• Work closely with our sales and service teams
• Identify opportunities where we can better protect our clients
• Keep client information accurate and organized in our agency management system
• Help turn difficult situations into positive client experiences

• Wants to build a career, not simply collect a paycheck Insurance Experience Previous insurance agency experience is preferred, particularly experience with personal lines or commercial lines.

A Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus. For the right person with the right attitude and abilities, we're willing to consider candidates who need additional insurance training.
