Looking for caregiving work where reliability and compassion actually matter? Key to Happiness Home Care is looking for dependable caregivers to work with clients in the Hawley area. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available, and we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others. You don't need years of professional caregiving experience. If you've worked as a caregiver before—or have meaningful experience caring for a family member—we'd like to hear from you. This Could Be a Great Fit If You... Have previous caregiving experience, either professionally or personally Enjoy working one-on-one with people Want full-time hours, part-time hours, or additional caregiving hours Are patient, compassionate, and respectful Understand that when a client is expecting you, showing up matters Want work where what you do actually makes a difference in someone's day What Does a Caregiver Do? Every client is different, but your day may include: Companionship and conversation Assistance with personal care and daily activities Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Mobility assistance Errands and everyday tasks Helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home Sometimes the most important thing you'll do is simply be there. What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are: 18 years of age or older Experienced in providing some form of caregiving Dependable and punctual Kind, patient, and respectful Comfortable assisting clients with personal care when needed Able to reliably get to scheduled client shifts Able to communicate with clients, families, and our office team Willing to complete required pre-employment screenings and documentation
