What You'll Do As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical care in a senior's home. Every client is different, but your goal is always the same: help them feel safe, respected, comfortable, and cared for.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing friendly companionship and emotional support Assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing Supporting safe movement around the home Helping prevent falls and watching for safety concerns Preparing meals and providing nutrition support Giving medication reminders as directed Helping with light housekeeping and everyday home care Supporting errands and other daily activities when needed Encouraging independence and dignity Keeping families and the Home Instead team informed about care needs Documenting care activities as required What We Offer We want our caregivers to feel supported, valued, and prepared to do their best work.

Experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Companion, or Home Care Aide is a plus. Experience in senior care, elder care, assisted living, nursing homes, personal care, or home health care is also helpful. At least one year of personal or professional caregiving experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Paid training is available.
