Full Job Description Schedule:
Flexible, based on client needs Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring In-Home Caregiver to provide personal care and daily support to clients in their homes. The caregiver will help clients maintain their independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life while treating them with dignity and respect. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and walking as needed. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary. Provide medication reminders according to the care plan. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and basic household tasks. Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation when appropriate. Provide companionship and emotional support. Monitor clients for changes in condition and report concerns to the appropriate supervisor or family member. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. Follow the client's individualized care plan and company policies. Maintain client confidentiality and respect privacy at all times. Qualifications Previous caregiving or home-care experience preferred. Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude. Reliable and dependable. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members. Ability to perform required physical tasks, including assisting with mobility. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on client needs.
