Overview Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) serving Serving Philadelphia, Chester County, Delaware County, and Montgomery County, PA, and surrounding areas! Responsibilities Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Assist with medication administration following prescribed schedules and protocols while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Support clients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, hospice care, or memory care through tailored activities and emotional support Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, catheters, and other assistive devices safely and effectively Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding patient status Requirements Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care settings preferred Certifications such as CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) ; additional certifications like HIPAA training or hospice care are a plus Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans; flexibility to accommodate live-in employment or shift work as needed Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities is highly valued Strong communication skills to engage empathetically with clients and coordinate with healthcare professionals Reliable transportation preferred for community-based visits Join us in delivering exceptional home care that transforms lives! $16.00 - $39.42 per hour
