Role:

Caring For Allegheny Seniors LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Associate to join their team in Penn Hills Township, PA. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by providing personalized, hands-on care and support. Responsibilities:

Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote overall well-being Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation needs as required Follow individualized care plans and document care provided accurately

Requirements:

Prior experience in direct care, home health aide, or a related caregiving role preferred Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy when working with elderly individuals Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and supporting clients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
